Information is used for scheduling, communication, onboarding, operational documentation, safety, dispute resolution, and service improvement. We do not sell personal information.
3. INFORMATION SHARING:
We share limited information with trusted partners such as Van Rentor, TaskRabbit, and Connecteam when necessary for job coordination, safety, or legal compliance.
4. DATA STORAGE & PROTECTION:
Data is stored in encrypted systems, secure cloud storage, and internal restricted-access databases. Safeguards are used to protect all personal data.
5. PHOTOS & DOCUMENTATION:
Workers may take photos for job progress, safety, and proof of completion. Photos are used internally and never publicly shared without permission.
6. CONTRACTOR DATA PROTECTION:
Sensitive contractor data is used only for identity verification, tax reporting, and legal compliance. It is never shared with Clients.
7. CLIENT RIGHTS:

8. DATA RETENTION:
Data is retained only as long as required for legal, operational, or safety purposes, then securely deleted.
