LABOR-ONLY TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all labor services provided by 2Helpers LLC (“Company”). 2Helpers is a labor-only service and does not provide any vehicle. Vehicles are rented separately by the Client through our partner, Van Rentor.
1. Nature of Services – LABOR ONLY:
2Helpers provides loading/unloading, packing/unpacking, furniture handling, on-site moving assistance, staging, and general labor. 2Helpers does not provide any transportation or vehicle.
2. Vehicle Policy — Van Rentor Partnership:
All vehicles used during a job are rented directly by the Client through Van Rentor. 2Helpers is not responsible for vehicle condition, scheduling, insurance, fees, mileage, fuel, equipment, or delays.
3. Client Responsibilities:
Client must provide a safe working environment, accurate job details, clear pathways, and ensure that the rental vehicle is present on time. If the rental vehicle is delayed or incorrect in size, labor charges still apply.
4. Parking Requirements:
The Client must provide safe, legal parking and access for the rental vehicle. 2Helpers workers do not handle parking logistics.
5. Parking Tickets — Client Responsibility:
If a parking ticket is issued while 2Helpers is performing labor involving the Client’s rental vehicle, the Client is fully responsible for paying the ticket. This includes tickets from loading zones, no-standing areas, double-parking, or areas where legal parking is not available.
6. Property Protection & Limitations:
2Helpers is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile furniture, weak structures, tight spaces, or damage involving the rental vehicle. Clients assume responsibility when instructing workers to move items in risky or tight conditions.
7. Safety & Working Conditions:
Workers may refuse or stop a task if the environment is unsafe or if the Client requests unsafe handling.
8. No Side Deals:
Clients may not request off-platform work or personal contact from workers. All labor must be booked officially.
9. Changes to the Job:
Any change in job scale, stairs, heavy items, or manpower must be communicated immediately. Adjustments may be required.
10. Photos & Documentation:
Workers may take photos for internal documentation, safety, and property verification.
11. Liability Limitations:
2Helpers is not liable for vehicle-related incidents, poor packing, oversized items, fragile materials, or structural issues in the Client’s property.
12. Agreement:
By booking a labor service with 2Helpers, the Client agrees that:
• 2Helpers is labor-only
• Vehicles are handled solely by Van Rentor
• The Client accepts responsibility for vehicle access and parking tickets
• All Terms & Conditions listed are accepted
